This has been our third experience working with Brenda Rider. When we moved to Florida from Virginia, we had no idea where to begin to look for a new home. Brenda really took the time to educate us on Tampa living - especially with two teenage children - she really took the time to get to know us and to help us find not just ANY home but the RIGHT home for us at the time. Two years later, because of a job change - our original home no longer met our needs. We called Brenda again. We had very specific requirements at the time and did not want to relocate our children from their current school. Brenda was very confident the house would sell quickly and at the price she thought it would. She kept us informed during the entire process.
